Jeder Kurs besitzt einen Lebenszyklus und muss 6 Monate nach Kursende aus datenschutzrechtlichen Gründen gelöscht werden. Vor Löschung sollte der Kurs vom Trainer/in aus Moodle exportiert und archiviert werden. Eventuelle relevante Prüfungsergebnisse, usw. sind an andere Datensysteme zu überführen. Deshalb vor der Löschung eines Kurses unbedingt Rücksprache mit dem Trainer/in halten.
